Morgan Private Bank in Connecticut, has done exactly that over a career spanning close to three decades in the industry.

Nelson now oversees more than $15 billion in client assets, a responsibility built on relationships rather than transactions or short term wins. “There are a lot of clients that I’ve known for over 20 years,” Justin Nelson JP Morgan said, adding that many of those relationships have grown well beyond the original account holder to include entire family networks and multiple generations.
