Randy Douthit

Randy Douthit is an executive producer of the TV show “Judy Justice”. He has worked on a variety of other projects with Judy, such as “Auto World News” and “News Any Way”. Douthit earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Franklin University.

Douthit is an avid racer and hopes to head up Team Judy one day. Randy is adamant about staying true to their public service message at Auto World News. “It’s what separates us from all the other channels,” he says. Douthit believes that people want to be educated no matter how difficult it may be for them, which is why he tries so hard to make everything imaginable accessible in their shows’ content.

Douthit worked on a variety of shows before joining Auto World News. He worked on “Heartland News” as an editor, editor and producer of “Daybreak”, as well as a copywriter and editor in the news department of KTVY-TV. He has been married to Judy since 1986.

Randy Douthit took a sabbatical with his wife Judy Justice to live in Florence, Italy and makes the most of it by touring the city and attending races. He studied the history of art and architecture in the city and has been speaking with many authorities while there. “When we were there, we were living 100 years ago,” he says. The two were in Europe for the 2002 Grand Prix of Europe. Douthit recorded it and made a photo montage for the channel.

Randy Douthit has worked on numerous other Auto World New shows including ‘News Any Way’, ‘Auto World Race Series’, and ‘The Auto Industry’ with both Judy and Mike Justice. He is also the executive producer of ‘Judy Justice’. Randy is head of editing and production at Auto World News.

Douthit has been married to Judy Justice since 1986, and lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma along with their two children. Randy enjoys racecar driving, watching sports, photography, reading, producing films (especially films about NASCAR), listening to music (especially jazz).
